If it has to do with mental health or gut health, we can help!
About Paige and Shannon
We met in nutrition grad school becoming not only friends, but colleagues who share ideas and strategies for helping our clients to feel their best. We have the same passion for improving the lives of those who are struggling with mental and neurological health issues like anxiety, depression and ADHD because we have both struggled with these things ourselves. We have seen firsthand how nutrition and lifestyle can have a huge impact and we want to help others heal naturally as well.
Fun facts about us:
- We both lived in Sevilla, Spain at one point, but before we met!
- We both love nature and hiking
- We are both “boy moms” with 2 boys each
Shannon Galfi, MS, CNS
My passion for nutrition ignited when I was searching for holistic ways to help my family and myself. My kiddos and I used to struggle with tons of debilitating health issues. My oldest was diagnosed with ADHD and autism and my youngest suffered from sensory processing disorder. I was a stressed out, overwhelmed mama dealing with anxiety, depression and irritable bowel syndrome. I desperately wanted to help my family and found hope in nutrition and integrative health. I witnessed firsthand that food is medicine. Making various dietary changes and implementing other holistic health protocols have not only helped my 2 kiddos get well, but also helped me to overcome my own health issues. I love helping adults and kids heal from their health challenges, so that they can live their lives to the fullest.

Paige Nunez, MS, CNS
In my early 20’s my health was transformed when I ditched fad diets, embraced whole foods, and eliminated toxins from my home and personal care products. As a result, I was vibrant with energy, my skin issues cleared up, and I became convinced of the power of food as medicine, which led me to pursue a career in nutrition. I am now a mom of two young boys and I understand the struggle that comes with maintaining a healthy lifestyle on a busy schedule and the challenges that come with making changes to kid’s diets. This is why I encourage my clients to make small sustainable changes that work for them, yet get them feeling great. Depression is something that I have struggled with as well and I have witnessed how both my food and lifestyle have a major impact. My sincere desire is to help others restore balance to their bodies naturally, so they can embrace a thriving, fulfilling life.
